Seeking a full-time HR Shared Services Manager, this remote role will oversee the HR Shared Services Center, ensuring accurate and compliant service delivery while fostering a customer-centric team culture across North America and EMEA. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the HR Shared Services Center, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of HR services Develop deep knowledge of HR systems and collaborate with HR Technology to enhance service delivery Lead continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes and maintain performance metrics to optimize operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3-4 years in HR Shared Services or HR Operations leadership Experience delivering HR services to a geographically dispersed employee population
