Associate Laboratory Operations Technician

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks an Associate Laboratory Operations Technician to support chemiluminescent reagent formulation and organic molecule synthesis for clinical diagnostic testing. The role involves assisting with production workflows, analytical testing, and inventory management in a manufacturing setting in Southfield, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Assist chemists in producing reagent formulations across varying scales and conduct performance testing
- Support synthesis and purification of organic molecules with analytical testing
- Maintain inventory of reagents and laboratory consumables following established procedures
Requirements
- Associate degree in Science or related field
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb stairs and ladders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and effective multitasking ability
- Batch record keeping and ISO 9001 standards knowledge
- Prior manufacturing, laboratory, or production experience preferred
