Using CNC equipment and a range of alloys, we create products tailored to our customers' specific requirements.Our experienced team works closely with customers to deliver precision manufacturing, specialty welding, and custom machining services. Quality craftsmanship, dependable delivery, and responsiveness to changing customer needs are at the heart of our work.Job Summary:The CNC Machinist sets up and operates CNC lathes with Fanuc controls to produce precision components in a low-volume manufacturing environment. This position interprets blueprints, enters code for speed, feed, and cutting parameters, and adjusts tooling and offsets to meet dimensional tolerances. Responsibilities include calculating and verifying part dimensions using precision measuring instruments, performing daily equipment maintenance, ensuring proper machine lubrication before operation, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprintsOperate and set up CNC Lathe machines to perform repetitive machining operations-low volumeChanging offsets and tooling to maintain dimensional tolerancesCalculate and verify dimensions and tolerances of machined parts using knowledge of mathematics and precision instruments such as tape measures, steel scales, and Vernier calipersEnter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the tool path for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tool partsPerform Daily maintenance on equipment and machineryKeeping your work area clean and any other duties requested by your supervisorEnsure that all CNC machines are adequately lubricated before each processes initiationFanuc format base Computer Numerical Control (CNC)Qualifications:Education or equivalent experience related to the skillset needed for this positionFanuc format base Computer Numerical Control (CNC) experience is an assetPhysical Demands:Fast-paced environmentTight deadlinesManual DexterityAttention to detailHand-eye coordinationCommitment to People and Planet:TASI Measurement is committed to fostering a sustainable and socially responsible environment. The compensation range for this position is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. You will receive a signing bonus of $500 after successfully completing your three (3) month probationary period and $500 after one (1) year of continuous employment.
