Details & requirements for this opportunity Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Setting: Inpatient 60; Types of Cases: General Intervention Cardiology cases Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Requirements: Board Certification and an active Oregon License Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Facility Location The fourth largest metro area in the state of Oregon, Medford is situated within a beautiful, scenic Pacific Northwestern landscape.
