Insight Global is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations for a corporate office environment. This person will be responsible for mail distribution, data entry, office supply management, vendor coordination, and general facilities support. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-service-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with hands-on office responsibilities throughout the day.

Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Data entry experience with strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
Ability to multitask and work independently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience 10-key/data entry experience
Mailroom, shipping/receiving, or courier experience
Facilities or office services experience
Experience managing inventory or restocking office supplies
Experience working in a corporate office environment
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
$20 - $25 per hour
