Second (2nd) Shift Order Filler PickerThe core responsibilities of this role include efficiently picking customer orders or shipment ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials 80% of specified shift. Pull and prepare the product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of products is loaded. Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy. Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards. Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary Ability to cross train on many functions of the warehouse.Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday schedule. Overtime required based on business needs.Pay: $20.45 Plus $1 shift differentialAdditional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses! The position is a combination of equipment operator (30-90% depending on production peak times) but will also require the employee to perform material handling, case picking and loading/unloading duties. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer.
