Qualifications: • • Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. • Comfortable using technology, including CRM tools, to manage client interactions. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform client decisions. • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving client satisfaction and goals. Compensation: $105,000 - $198,000 yearly
