IT Training Specialist
Under broad supervision, conducts IT application training classes and develops/updates content for training materials. Owns assigned tasks. The job will be to deliver IT training to GDOT staff (adult learners) on custom GDOT IT developed and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications. The candidate will develop/update/maintain IT training content. They will compile information to create PowerPoint presentations, IT Trainer Guides, Quick Reference Guides, User Manuals, Storyboards, Videos, and/or Computer Based Training. The candidate will be working as a team member within the IT organization of GDOT and report to a Team Leader/Supervisor.
