Dual Rate Table Games Dealer/Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the accuracy and professional, proficient manner in dealing a specific table game according to the Cahuilla Casinos policies and procedures and in compliance with Gaming regulations.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the protection and control of the game being dealt, Blackjack, Ultimate Texas Holdem, and Three Card Poker.Conducts the games in accordance with the Cahuilla Casinos policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying Table Games Supervisor of any irregularities.Advises Table Games Supervisor or Table Games Manager of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game.Informs Table Games Supervisor or other personnel of any important or relevant facts regarding specific players and their action.Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the customer with a pleasant gaming experience, and notifying Table Games Supervisor of any customer needs.Promotes departmental and property wide promotions.Knowledge of gaming regulations as well as the Cahuilla Casinos internal controls, policies and procedures.Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 21 years of age.Table Games Dealer experience preferred.Must have thorough knowledge of all table games, rules, procedures, and regulations.Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or bend, and speak and hear.
