Schedule: Mon to Fri, 7 AM - 3:30 PM + OT Job Type: Full-Time Length of assignment: Temp-to-Hire Rate: $23 - $28 per hour Industry: Industrial Machinery & Equipment Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defense Industry. Ready to put your welding skills to work on high-quality projects? We are looking for an experienced MIG & TIG Welder who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting the job done right. What You’ll Do Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, welding symbols, and technical instructions. Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, fitting, and shaping components for welding. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and project specifications. Safely operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery. Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Work closely with the team to meet production goals and project deadlines. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of MIG welding experience 2+ years of TIG welding experience Hands-on experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures Aerospace experience is a plus, but not required AWS, ASME, or other welding certifications are a plus, not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
