Job Category Open Position Employee Type Full Time Exempt Description SABG is hiring a Junior Sourcing Specialist to support the Recruitment team in Huntsville, AL. JOB TITLE : Junior Sourcing Specialist ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Aggressively source candidates for all open and proposal requisitions using specific keywords, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing methods. Develop sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. Maintain an organized recruiting workflow, ensuring the timely delivery of all requisitions. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and status updates using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and spreadsheets. SUPERVISION :This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS :

1 + years of recruiting or staffing experience is preferred, along with an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to successfully manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies and techniques.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Clearance Jobs. Demonstrate success sourcing within government contracting environments, with preferred experience supporting MDA, USSF, and FBI.

COMPUTER SKILLS :
