ServiceNow Business Analyst

SCRUM Master With ServiceNow Experience

We are seeking a SCRUM Master with ServiceNow experience to support Agile delivery teams in a hybrid Agile environment. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Kanban boards, drive deliverables, remove impediments, and ensure timely execution of ServiceNow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Manage Agile workflows using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Maintain and prioritize Kanban boards to track progress, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Drive team deliverables and ensure sprint commitments are met.
Coordinate ServiceNow enhancements, implementations, and releases across cross-functional teams.
Partner with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery goals.
Monitor Agile metrics, risks, blockers, and team velocity.
Support hybrid Agile/Waterfall project tracking and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of SCRUM Master or Agile delivery experience.
Experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
Experience using Agile management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) preferred.
