Groundskeeper (Porter)

Rate: $16.50 - $17.65 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 270-unit luxury apartment community in Houston's vibrant Museum District neighborhood! Requirements Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to work independently and as a team member Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus. Responsibilities Walking the property grounds and common areas Picking up trash and debris Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
