BASIC FUNCTION:Perform front desk and front office tasks such as assisting guests answering phones making copies receiving ordered items receiving and processing paperwork maintaining organization of supplies communicating with families through Parent Square and performing other tasks as needed to maintain a professional state of the the director and other members of the administrative team in managing their schedules and appointments as neededAssist the director and other members of the administrative team with a variety of reports and projects as neededSupport school safety protocols by coordinating emergency drills maintaining emergency binders and supply buckets and ensuring the availability of EpiPens and tech-related tasks such as providing support and troubleshooting issues with computers and printers for staff and students; assisting with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat; making changes to the school website content; managing the schools social media accounts; and maintaining the schools PadletMaintain confidential information in the School Pathways student information system support with online student registration and assist with reports on School Pathways and CALPADSMaintain the schools library systemMaintain technology and school equipment inventoryAssist with creating marketing materials for online and print useREPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:Provide technical support for teachers and all other office staff Assist the Administrative Assistant in various office duties as neededSet up office and classrooms in the morning as needed and close office at end of dayMaintain and stock supply closetReceive distribute and send mail including ordered materialsTroubleshoot and fix computers and printersMaintain printers including stocking paper and tonerMaintain computers including installing software and peripheralsMonitor configure and maintain wire
