Individuals who align with our five pillars: Compassion, Acceptance, Respect, Empowerment, Stewardship should join us.The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of all Lightshare facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and compliant environment for staff and clients. This role supervises maintenance staff, manages preventative maintenance programs, coordinates vendors, and ensures all properties meet regulatory, safety, and operational standards.The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibility, and demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.Facility Operations & MaintenanceOversee maintenance and repair of all buildings, grounds, and equipment across Lightshare programs (Residential, Outpatient, DOC, Restore, M&I, etc.)Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedulesEnsure timely resolution of maintenance requests and work ordersConduct routine inspections to identify and address facility needsMaintain functionality of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systemsSupervision & Team LeadershipSupervise and train maintenance staff and contractorsAssign daily tasks and monitor performanceEnsure staff adherence to safety protocols and company standardsSupport staffing schedules and on-call coverage as neededVendor & Project ManagementCoordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providersObtain quotes and manage cost-effective repairs and projectsOversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and emergency repairsEnsure vendor compliance with contracts, insurance, and safety standardsCompliance & SafetyEnsure all facilities meet state, local, CARF, and safety regulationsMaintain documentation for inspections, repairs, and compliance auditsOversee fire safety systems, emergency preparedness, and OSHA complianceAddress safety hazards immediately and implement corrective actionsInventory & Budget OversightTrack and manage maintenance supplies, tools, and equipmentMaintain inventory levels and control costsAssist in budget planning and expense monitoringApprove purchases within authority limitsWork Order & Reporting SystemsMaintain maintenance logs and work order tracking systemsProvide regular reports on facility status, repairs, and needsEnsure timely communication with leadership regarding major issues
