Observe residents for medication response or adverse reactions and promptly report concerns. Accurately document medication administration and maintain up-to-date records. Promote resident safety and maintain organized medication supplies. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Medication Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed preferred. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
