The Role This role leads national sales strategy and business development, driving revenue growth through new markets, strategic partnerships, and deep relationships across the architecture, design, and construction ecosystem. It owns the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting through closing—while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and aligning efforts with high-value segments and premium brand positioning. The position also oversees project execution post-sale, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to standardized processes. As a senior leader, it develops sales talent, optimizes systems and performance, and partners with executive leadership to scale operations and expand the company’s national footprint.
