Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active NJ Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in home health, acute, or subacute settings (required).
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor‘s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in homecare visits across multiple counties preferred.
• Strong accountability, patience, and communication skills preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:00.
• Scheduled days: Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30 noted in order details; confirm exact daily hours with recruiter.
• Weekly hour expectation: 40 hours guaranteed.
• On-call/weekend requirement: one weekend a month if possible.
• Coverage area: Morris and Essex counties. Mileage reimbursed between patient visits from first patient to last patient.
• May be required to float within the local coverage area as needed.
