Customer Experience Lead - Front End & Training

The TJX Companies , Inc.

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front-End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience in our TJ Maxx store. You will oversee front-of-store Associates, ensure courteous service, and mentor staff on loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a focus on training and developing associates and optimizing POS coverage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
