Summary:\n
\nWe are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and proficient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing occupational health team as an Occupational Health Nurse Supervisor. This leadership role combines hands-on clinical care with office coordination, staff supervision, business development, and operational support within a fast-paced occupational medicine setting.\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking to expand leadership experience, gain specialized occupational health certifications, and grow professionally while working alongside a supportive and experienced clinical leadership team including the Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and Practice Administrator Director.\n
\nExperience:\n
\n- Previous clinical nursing experience required.\n
\n
\n- Prior occupational health, urgent care, primary care, or employee health experience preferred.\n
\n
\n- Previous supervisory, leadership, staff coordination, or healthcare management experience preferred.\n
\n
\n- Experience with drug and alcohol testing, vaccinations, venipuncture, EKGs, pulmonary function testing (PFT), and FIT testing preferred.\n
\n
\n- Experience coordinating onsite/mobile health services preferred.\n
\n
\n- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and customer service skills required.\n
\n
\n
\nEducation:\n
\n- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program required.\n
\n
\n- Additional occupational health or supervisory training preferred.\n
\n
\n- Willingness to obtain occupational health certifications and specialized training required.\n
\n
\nLicenses:\n
\n- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.\n
\n
\n- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.\n
\n
\n- DOT collector certification and occupational health-related certifications preferred or willing to obtain.\n
\n
\nEssential Functions:\n
\n- Perform occupational health clinical services including:\n
\n
\n- Drug and alcohol testing\n
\n
\n- DOT and employment physical support\n
\n
\n- Vaccinations and injections\n
\n
\n- Venipuncture/blood draws\n
\n
\n- Vital signs\n
\n
\n- EKGs\n
\n
\n- Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)\n
\n
\n- FIT testing\n
\n
\n
\n- Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.\n
\n
\n- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, DOT, infection control, and workplace safety standards.\n
\n
\n- Assist with onsite occupational health events and mobile testing services.\n
\n
\n- Help oversee daily clinical office operations.\n
\n
\n- Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training, and mentoring.\n
\n
\n- Coordinate staff scheduling and onsite coverage.\n
\n
\n- Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to staff members.\n
\n
\n- Collaborate with the Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and Practice Director to support efficient clinical operations.\n
\n
\n- Coordinate client services, annual contracts, staffing needs, and communication with company partners.\n
\n
\n- Promote exceptional patient, client, and employee experiences.\n
\n
\n- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.\n
\n
\n
\nOther Duties:\n
