If this sounds like you, let's build something great together.What You'll DoThis position will be located at our Gilbert Branch: 2277 W Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233The Branch Manager II manages daily operations, sales, and member service of the full-service Credit Union branch. The Branch Manager II coaches, develops, and empowers Assistant Branch Manager and branch associates, while exceeding member expectations, managing risk, and supporting organizational growth.Responsibilities include:Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.Assessing risk of all financial transactions executed by branch personnel.Directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities to implement Credit Union's policies, procedures, and practices concerning granting or extending lines of credit, real estate loans, and consumer credit loans.Directing activities involving implementation of establishment services and functions including collecting delinquent accounts, authorizing loans, or opening savings accounts.Establishing procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities to ensure safekeeping. Developing branch goals and action plans to achieve those goals, while continuously monitoring branch performance.Educating, promoting, and selling various Credit Union products and services to members.Conducting community outreach efforts to promote brand awareness, establish and strengthen local community relationships, and support member growth.Leading branch team of associates. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Collecting data to analyze the present and future financial status of the branch.Compiling and reporting financial data as required by Credit Union and government regulations.Preparing reports needed to satisfy tax requirements. Preparing financial and regulatory reports required by law, regulations, Credit Union management, and the Board of Directors.Preparing and monitoring annual budgets and staffing and facility needs.Examining, evaluating, and processing loan applications.Working directly with members to resolve issues and concerns.Establishing and maintaining contact with banking-related industries such as insurance, real estate, and securities.Collaborating with internal business partners, including Business Development Officers, Commercial Loan Officers, Wealth Advisors, and Mortgage Loan Officers.This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
