Location: National Capital Region / ON SITE at NGB headquarters StartDate :onoraboutSept19 PayRange :$135,000to$150,000 SecurityClearance: Secret(TS/SCIPreferred) Travel: CONUSTravelasRequired Background: Vectrona is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead contract execution for the NGB J5-J Strategic Planning Analysis Services contract. This role is responsible for program oversight, personnel management, task order execution, and customer engagement in support of high-level strategic planning, policy development, and interagency coordination for the National Guard Bureaus J5-J Plans Division. TheProgramManagerwillserveastheprimaryinterfacebetweenthegovernmentandcontractorpersonnel,ensuringallworkisexecutedtostandardanddeliveredontime.ThisrolerequiresexpertiseinDoDjointplanningprocesses,organizationalleadership,andperformance-basedcontractmanagement. Day-to-DayResponsibilities: ProvideoverallmanagementandoversightoftheStrategicPlanningAnalysisServicesprogramtoensurealignmentwithcontractrequirementsandmissionobjectives ServeastheprimaryliaisonwithNGBJ5-Jleadershipandcontractingofficialstocoordinatepriorities,resolveissues,andmaintaincommunication Overseerecruitment,onboarding,andsupervisionofacross-functionalteamofanalysts,planners,andsupportstaff Managethequalityandtimelinessofdeliverables,includingstrategicpolicyproducts,CNGBissuances,meetingsupportmaterials,dashboards,andanalysis Monitorandreportprogramperformanceusingprojectmanagementtoolsandcontractperformancemetrics Supportriskmanagement,changemanagement,andcontinuousprocessimprovementacrossalltaskareas Coordinatewithcorporateleadershiptoensuresufficientresourcesandtechnicalreach-backareavailabletotheteam Preferred Education/Degree: (Required) Bachelor’s degree in political science, International Relations, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field Minimumof10years’experiencemanagingDoDcontractsand/orleadingstrategicplanningeffortswithintheNationalGuard,Army,orJointStaff ActiveU.S.Secretsecurityclearance(TS/SCIpreferred) Preferred: Master’sdegreeinNationalSecurityStudies,StrategicPlanning,orrelateddiscipline PMPcertificationorDAWIAProgramManagementLevelII/III Priorexperienceleadingcross-agencyplanningteamsormanagingnational-leveljointplanningsupport PreferredKnowledge,Skills,andQualifications: Proventrackrecordmanagingteamsdeliveringpolicy,planning,andanalyticalproductsforseniorDoDleadership FamiliaritywithNGB,CCMDs,JSPS,JSCP,andotherkeystrategicplanningframeworks Demonstratedabilitytoleaddiverseteamsindynamic,high-stakesenvironments ExperiencemanagingdeliverablesacrossmultiplelinesofeffortinaccordancewithPWS-definedperformancestandards Exceptionalcommunicationandstakeholderengagementskills VECTRONAISANEQUALOPPORTUNITYEMPLOYERANDADRUG-FREEWORKPLACE.
