Personal Lines/Small Commercial Lines Account Manager – Charlotte, NC Area

What You'll Do

\n

●       Manage a book of personal lines and small commercial lines business including auto, homeowners, umbrella, general liability, workers compensation, and commercial auto

\n

●       Service existing client accounts: policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and claims support

\n

●       Cross-sell and round out accounts to maximize client coverage and retention

\n

●       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners

\n

●       Process new business quotes and applications accurately and efficiently

\n

●       Ensure compliance with agency procedures and state insurance regulations

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

●       Minimum 2 years of experience in either personal lines or small commercial insurance required; we'll provide solid training on the other line

\n

●       Active NC Property & Casualty insurance license

\n

●       If you do not currently hold a Life insurance license, you will be required to pursue one, at the agency's cost

\n

●       Strong customer service and communication skills

\n

●       Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking abilities

\n

●       Proficiency with agency management systems and comparative raters a plus

\n

●       A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

\n

●       Erie Insurance Company experience a plus

\n

●       This is an in office position. Located in South Charlotte right off Weddington Rd Exit of 485

\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n

●       Base salary starting at $62,000 (can be increased based on current experience and discussion) — exclusive of bonus.

\n
