Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a LVN-LPN Urgent Care for our client in Playa Vista, CA 90094 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. Job Diva ID: 26-05675 Position Title: LVN-LPN Urgent Care Location: Playa Vista, CA 90094 Duration: 13 Weeks Work Schedule: Day Shift – 4×10 Hours Pay rate : $35 Local - $45/hr. Traveller Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Experience Required: 1 year of Urgent Care/ER experience and 2 years of overall outpatient experience Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions. Administer medications, vaccines, and oxygen as ordered. Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and blood glucose testing. Assist with wound care, cast care, EKGs, and catheter insertion. Perform telephone triage and medication reconciliation. Follow infection control, isolation, and PPE protocols. Support urgent care treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, and multiple diagnoses. Required Qualifications: Active California LVN license (must be in hand at submission). Valid California IV certification. BLS certification (AHA or ARC only). IV therapy and blood withdrawal/phlebotomy experience. Epic charting experience. Flu vaccination required; exemptions and declinations are not accepted. Ability to float as needed.
