FORVIA - HELLA is seeking its next great Lead Compensationand Benefits Specialist to join our human resources team. The primaryfunction of this role is to support our dynamic employee compensation andbenefit packages. This individual willbe joining a well established group that is focused on supporting our internalassociates.

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and evolution of U.S. employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, wellness, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and escalated employee benefit issues.
• Oversee compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Guide open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communication efforts.
• Own the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation programs, including annual merit cycles,
• incentive plans, and equity programs (if applicable).
• Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations using global and regional market data (e.g., WTW, Mercer).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in U.S. compensation and benefits roles, ideally in a global manufacturing or automotive setting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment and benefits regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Experience with compensation survey tools (WTW, Mercer) and job evaluation methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
