Candidates with an active Florida 2-15 license, or both an active 2-14 and 2-40 license, are strongly encouraged to apply. About the Position This is a full-time, phone-based insurance sales position. You will speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning about insurance coverage. No cold calling. No door knocking. No purchasing your own leads. No selling to friends or family. You will receive warm, company-generated leads and follow a structured sales process designed to help you understand each client’s needs, explain available coverage options, and guide them toward an appropriate insurance solution. What You Will Do Speak with prospective clients who have expressed interest in insurance coverage Ask questions to understand each client’s needs Explain life insurance products and coverage options clearly Build trust and respond professionally to questions and objections Follow EIP’s structured sales process Work toward daily, monthly, quality, and sales goals Apply coaching and feedback from trainers and sales leaders Deliver a positive, ethical, and professional client experience What We Are Looking For Previous insurance experience is not required, but candidates must demonstrate the communication skills, work ethic, and coachability needed to succeed in a structured sales environment.
