Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Montgomery, MN
Schedule: Monday Friday during off-season; 12-hour rotating shifts during summer pack season
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics to support a seasonal food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience and hands-on mechanical troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, align, and maintain production equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Support equipment changeovers and seasonal startups
Read mechanical drawings, manuals, and diagrams
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Requirements:
Manufacturing/industrial maintenance experience required
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with hand and power tools
High school diploma/GED
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Must be comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime during pack season
