Some of our Physical Therapist’s duties and responsibilities: Meeting PT Key Metrics- 1.3 patients per hour Fulfilling Plan of Patient Care Meet or Exceed Practice's Standard of Functional Outcomes Follow Clinical Practice Guidelines Communicate professionally with support staff, patients, and referral sources. Required experience and qualifications: Current PT license, An active Delaware PT license is ideal. Preferred soft skills and personality traits: Physical Therapy is a people business, so candidates must like people! In addition, being likable cannot be overestimated. Having a high EQ really is a must in order to be successful. Being able to demonstrate the value of physical therapy in a respectful, friendly, professional way is a surefire way to develop raving fans in the community. Offered salary and other compensation: Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a base salary of $75,000 to $ $80,000 with additional performance-based bonuses.
