Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Location Highlights

Waukon is a quiet northeastern Iowa community with access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions.
