Resumen del Puesto:

El Miembro del Equipo de jardinería/Paisajismo apoyara al Líder del Equipo en la ejecución de proyectos de mantenimiento y mejoras de los trabajos. Este rol requiere flexibilidad para realizar diversos tipos de tareas y trabajar en diferentes tipos de clima. Todos los empleados deben representar con orgullo el propósito de nuestra empresa y vivir nuestros valores fundamentales.

Responsabilidades Principales:
  • Asistir al Líder del Equipo en la ejecución de planes de jardinería/paisajismo.
  • Operar equipos como podadoras comerciales tipo zero-turn, podadoras de caminar, desbrozadoras, sopladoras, etc.
  • Realizar mantenimiento rutinario de equipos.
  • Recoger basura y escombros.
  • Plantar, colocar césped, podar y recortar arbustos.
  • Participar en la instalación de elementos duros del paisaje (hardscape) e iluminación exterior.
  • Realizar instalaciones de césped y jardines.
  • Utilizar herramientas y maquinaria como miniexcavadoras, cortadores de césped en rollo, sierras para ladrillos, entre otros.
  • Participar en actividades de remoción de nieve durante el invierno.
  • Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Seguir Instrucciones y tareas asignadas por el supervisor.
Habilidades y Características Personales:
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios diferentes, incluyendo fines de semana.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en diferente tipo de climas (frío, calor, lluvia o nieve).
  • Conocimiento básico de mantenimiento de equipos.
  • Capacidad para leer planos de jardinería/paisajismo.
  • De preferencia si tiene la habilidad para identificar plantas.
Requisitos del Puesto:
  • Licencia de conducir válida (preferido) y récord de manejo aceptable.
  • Pasar una prueba de drogas y/o alcohol.
  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 60 libras (27 kg) de manera constante.
  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente (preferido).
  • Experiencia operando equipos de jardinería/paisajismo.
Condiciones de Trabajo:
  • Posibilidad de viajar localmente si se requiere.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extendidas.
  • Durante el invierno, el trabajo puede incluir turnos nocturnos, fines de semana y feriados para remover nieve.
  • Trabajo al aire libre durante todo el año bajo diferentes tipos de clima.
