Your Job We are seeking a strategic Senior Operations Manager to lead and elevate the operations of our supply chain hub in Bolingbrook, IL. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with our values and delivering exceptional performance. What You Will Do Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the supply chain hub, aligning with company values and overarching business goals Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team in executing strategic initiatives Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and principled-based decision-making Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and productivity Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance overall performance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operations with broader business objectives Lead initiatives to enhance collaboration between departments and improve overall business performance Performance Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and drive improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business headwinds and tailwinds Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential operational risks Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, safety, and ethical standards Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the supply chain or logistics industry Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving operational excellence Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation For this role, we anticipate paying $115,000- $135,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
