Position Highlights:

• Job Type: Patient Registration
• Location: Mesa Fitness
• Schedule: Part-Time, with potential to increase to Full-Time
• Application Deadline: September 14, 2026 or until filled

Responsibilities:

• Communicates the admitting process to the patients.
• Assembles New Patient, authorization, and all electronic forms; verifies accurate and current patient information.
• Prepares schedules and daily appointments and records all information in patient charts.
• Checks insurance and collects co-pay or deductible per payment eligibility in computer system and/or using online tools to ensure correct and accurate data is collected.
• Responsible for sending provider referrals, pre-authorizations, and supporting documentation.
• Responsible for ensuring that opening and closing duties are completed such as cash drawer is open/closed, equipment is turned on/off, and doors are unlocked/locked for the day. Per clinic operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one (1) year of related experience and/or training in a medical/clinic practice or customer service preferred

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $20.70 per hour, depending on education and experience.
• Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.

• Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 after starting work.
• Work Location: In-person/onsite
