An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Real Estate Support Team Member local to the Aires Pittsburgh, PA office. This exciting opportunity is in a high-growth environment where you will utilize your significant experience in customer service to support the Policy & Property Team in their efforts in providing accurate and timely documentation of the real estate services.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist Associate Policy & Property Consultants by providing excellent service to both internal and external customers
• Create and update files and prepare real estate documentation.
• Create and update database to support the real estate program
• Assist with preparing client reports

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferably in a real estate/mortgage/title setting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Additional Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and administrative skills
• Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Can-do attitude
• Genuine desire to help others
