Workers' Compensation Quality Lead

Dedicated to enhancing client outcomes, the fully remote Workers' Compensation Quality Lead will manage customer care services, engineer customized client audits, and develop processes to ensure compliance with client and industry standards. Key responsibilities Provide specialized customer care services for workers' compensation claims Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and deliver technical training to branches Develop processes to ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 7 years of related Workers' Compensation claims experience, including formal Lead experience Previous auditing experience Strong process management and direct leadership skills Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
