Responsibilities:
- Follow curriculum and lesson plans for students of all ages and skill levels
- Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety
- Provide feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their skills
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for all students
- Communicate with Aquatics Director regarding student progress and any concerns
- A passion for working with children to help each child reach their potential
- Open to attaining certification in CPR and First Aid
- A team player who enjoys working with others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
