RPA Project Manager

Must have:

• 2+ years recent exp. managing AI/ML projects in Life sciences (Pharma Company)
• Exp liaising with internal IT, onshore and offshore RPA consultants and developers to create RPA bots and AI/ML-based solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing AI/ML projects in the Life Sciences industry (required).
• 8+ years of experience in project management with a focus on RPA and intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and ML frameworks.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and technical vendors.
• Experience working with business process owners to evaluate and optimize workflows.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in life sciences (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management skills.

Preferred Skills & Traits:

• Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and integration with RPA solutions.
• Experience leading global teams in a matrixed or outsourced delivery model.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity, and make data-informed decisions.
• Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery experience.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification a plus.
• Prior background in clinical or R&D automation initiatives is highly desirable.
