The HR Generalist Coordinator II provides support to Human Resources and operational managers to complete day‑to‑day field HR activities and ensure the successful rollout of HR initiatives to the business. This role supports HR management in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions. Compensation Data The hourly rate for this position is $19.00 to $21.00. Job Responsibilities Use HR systems to produce reports Assist with tracking and administering the recognition program Provide data and information for investigations in partnership with HR Managers Coordinate the benefits program Lead and coordinate the annual performance review process for front‑line associates in partnership with management Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates Coordinate with a third‑party administrator for workers' compensation, FMLA, and short‑term disability leave Qualifications 1–2 years in Human Resources preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong interpersonal and planning skills Strong English verbal and written communication skills High level of guest service and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Experience managing a large employee population preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Aramark
