For more than 40 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post‑concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports‑related head injuries. We are searching for Part‑Time Direct Support Professionals to work in our 8‑bed residential programs located in West Chester, Malvern and/or Paoli. Compensation Hourly Rate: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and education. Schedule Options Wednesday–Saturday 3 p–9 p Thursday 1 p–9 p, Friday 7 a–3 p and Saturday 7 a–3 p Sunday 7 a–3 p, Monday 3 p–9 p and Friday 1 p–9 p Sunday 3 p–9 p, Friday 3 p–9 p and Saturday 7 a–1 p Benefits Comprehensive benefit package (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more) Tuition Assistance Referral Bonus Responsibilities This position provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits. Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings. Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients. Requirements A high school diploma or GED is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Diplomas from non‑U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non‑U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee.
