• Schedule: Full-time permanent placement
• Job Setting: Large System Medical Center and affiliated clinics
• Types of Cases: Full spectrum practice including Reconstructive, Melanoma, Microvascular, Facial Trauma, and Cosmetic; block time in ACS and Hospital OR; collaborative work with Breast, Neuro, Oncology, and Bariatric surgeons
• Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with 2-year income guarantee
  • $100,000 sign-on/recruitment bonus
  • Moving allowance up to $15,000
  • CME allowance: $6,000
  • Day 1 benefits
  • 4 weeks ATO
  • Paid malpractice and tail coverage
  • 403(b) match
  • APP support in OR/Inpatient/Clinic
  • ACPA Designation

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery (must become certified within 5 years); no exceptions
• Certifications: BLS certification (must maintain recertification)
• Licensure: Valid Iowa State Medical License required; DEA required
• Additional Requirements:
  • Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred)
  • No J-1 or H-1B visa support available
