Senior Estimator
Blackstone Talent Group
We are hiring a senior-level estimator with strong marine and/or heavy civil experience. This person will lead estimates, proposals, budgets, and pursuit strategies and work closely with operations, engineering, BD, and leadership. What we’re looking for: 15+ years of construction estimating, preconstruction, and/or operations experience Strong marine construction and/or heavy civil background Experience leading large and complex estimates/proposals Estimating team leadership/management experience Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and costs Experience with plans, specs, takeoffs, bids, budgets, and proposals Subcontractor/vendor solicitation and proposal evaluation Ability to manage multiple estimates and pursuits at the same time Strong communication and client/owner-facing skills Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Blackstone Talent Group
