Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description Job Summary: Provide specialized speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support children with autism, developmental delays, fluency, language, and voice disorders. Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in pediatric patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Document patient progress accurately within clinical documentation systems. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to optimize therapy outcomes. Comply with licensing, certification, and background screening requirements. Qualifications: Hold a valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Possess at least 2 years of pediatric outpatient therapy experience. Maintain current BLS and AHA certifications in hand at submission. Demonstrate experience with Epic and charting protocols. Be available within 3-5 days for lab work and meet travel requirements if applicable.
