Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support children with autism, developmental delays, fluency, language, and voice disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress accurately within clinical documentation systems.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Comply with licensing, certification, and background screening requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Possess at least 2 years of pediatric outpatient therapy experience.
• Maintain current BLS and AHA certifications in hand at submission.
• Demonstrate experience with Epic and charting protocols.
• Be available within 3-5 days for lab work and meet travel requirements if applicable.
