Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support to our agent team. This role is critical to the smooth daily operation of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.Key ResponsibilitiesPhone & Client Service: Answer and screen all incoming calls in a professional and courteous mannerProvide excellent first-line service to clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team memberTake accurate messages and ensure timely follow-upAgent Support: Assist agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation, scanning, copying, filing, and mailingHelp coordinate appointments, meetings, and office resourcesMaintain office supplies and ensure common areas remain organized and professionalGeneral Office AdministrationGreet and assist walk-in clients and visitorsManage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesPerform data entry and maintain accurate client and office recordsSupport special projects and administrative needs as assignedAbout IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
