Production Associate

Purpose The Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks on the production line, ensuring that production requirements and standards are consistently met while maintaining a high level of quality, speed, and accuracy. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the production team to achieve all production goals and contribute to the overall success of the company. Decision-making Authority As assigned by manager Duties & Responsibilities Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy Ensure that production requirements and standards are met by following instructions communicated through job tickets and/or verbally Strive to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping Work cooperatively with the production team to meet all production goals Carry out basic quality and testing checks, ensuring all work is accurate Pack goods to be shipped Maintain work areas and equipment; ensure production area and warehouse are neat and pathways are clear Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Requirements Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work effectively in a team setting Basic math and reading skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
