The institution is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians providing ongoing cardiovascular coverage beginning in October. Clinical resources are in place to facilitate effective care delivery throughout the assignment period. About the Facility Location The Champaign-Urbana area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural and recreational opportunities. Attractions such as the Krannert Art Museum, Alto Vineyards and Winery, and Crystal Lake Park are accessible within the region, alongside local events including music festivals and exhibition openings, as well as the Champaign County Balloon Festival. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide inpatient cardiovascular disease management Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, on a day shift schedule with no call obligations. One weekend per month of in-house rounding and consults is required as part of the assignment schedule. All clinical documentation is to be completed using the EPIC EMR system. A caseload of 12 to 15 patients per day is expected throughout the coverage period.
