Senior Director Of Human ResourcesLifeWise is seeking a gospel centered, strategic, and people focused Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and scale our HR function. This role is responsible for providing organizational leadership across all areas of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations, while building systems and processes that support a growing ministry.The Senior Director of Human Resources is a full time leadership position based in Hilliard, OH. This role is responsible for developing and leading a high performing HR team and ensuring consistent, mission aligned practices across the organization. This position is key to shaping the employee experience at LifeWise by equipping leaders, supporting team members, and ensuring the organization operates with clarity, consistency, and care. The Senior Director of Human Resources plays a critical role in aligning people strategies with LifeWise's mission and supporting a culture that advances its impact.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic HR leadership that advances the mission, values, and culture of LifeWiseLead, develop, and scale a high performing HR team to support a growing organizationServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and managers on employee relations, performance, and organizational effectivenessOversee and guide complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, consistency, and careDesign, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and systems that support organizational health and complianceEnsure adherence to all applicable employment laws, reporting requirements, and internal standardsDrive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and alignment with LifeWise's missionOversee HR data, reporting, and metrics to inform decision making and ensure organizational accountabilityCollaborate cross functionally to align HR practices with broader organizational goalsQualificationsA mature personal Christian faith that is consistent with the LifeWise Statement of FaithBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)8 or more years of progressive HR leadership experienceStrong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and employment lawExperience building and improving HR processes in a growing organizationHigh level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands on executionExperience with HR systems (ADP Lyric preferred) and data driven decision makingProfessional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM CP/SCP) preferredSalary and BenefitsStarting at $90,000 per yearMedical, dental, and vision coverage for qualified employeesRetirement plan, including employer matchUnlimited PTO for qualified employeesJob Type: Full timeWork Location: In person, with limited opportunities for remote workLifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law.
