Job Title: Mechanical Repair Assembler Type of Role: Contract to Hire Shift / Hours: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm Location: Carrollton TX Hourly Range: Starting at $16 Start your career or take the next step - either way, we want to talk to you. Whether you're brand new to manufacturing and looking for a place to learn a trade, or you've got some hands-on assembly experience and want to grow further, this role has a path for you. We provide the training, tools, and support to help you build real, transferable skills in mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly. What You'll Be Doing: You’ll build electro-mechanical assemblies from the ground up — reading blueprints and work instructions, using hand and power tools, and working on everything from small precision parts to larger components. Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, diagrams, and engineering drawings Assemble components using hand tools and power tools (ratchets, wrenches, pneumatic tools) Work on a variety of parts — from small intricate pieces to heavier components Identify and report product defects or quality issues Keep clear, accurate records of your work Properly handle ESD-sensitive materials and equipment Take on new tasks and responsibilities as you grow What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 0-1+ years of assembly or mechanical experience — new to the field or experienced, both are welcome Strong mechanical aptitude (formal experience, hobbies, shop class, or general comfort working with tools all count) Comfortable using hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, and battery/pneumatic tools Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs with assistance) Strong attention to detail Solid English communication skills, written and verbal Why Start Here: Paid training for those just starting out — no experience?
