Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients
• Administer medications, monitor hemodynamic status, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Utilize and document NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessments as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs) and all compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license, verified within the last 30 days and with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Valid driver's license required for residency verification
• Must not be an Arizona resident — Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments at Arizona facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a Magnet-recognized facility
• Familiarity with ICU skills checklist requirements completed within the last 12 months
