Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Community Skilled Health Care Centre Location: 1320 Mahoning Ave NW, Warren, OH 44483 Community Skilled Health Care Centre is now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated nursing team. As an LPN in our skilled nursing facility, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality resident care and supporting a strong healthcare team in a welcoming, well-managed environment.
