Low Voltage Project Manager

Rightech is a leading nationwide provider of technical staffing services, and we are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Low Voltage Project Manager in Ft. Myers starting as soon as possible.

Location: Ft. Myers, FL

Duration: Direct hire Start Date: ASAP pending interviews and onboarding

Job Description:

  • Manage full lifecycle of low voltage and fiber optic projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop accurate cost estimates, bids, and proposals for ISP and structured cabling projects
  • Interpret construction drawings, fiber splicing diagrams, and network designs
  • Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Conduct site walks and pre-bid assessments to validate scope and identify risks
  • Track project budgets, change orders, and overall profitability
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to field technicians and crews
  • Troubleshoot project issues using hands-on field knowledge when necessary

Required PPE: Hardhat, high-vis vest, gloves, steel toed boots, goggles Required Tools: basic cabling hand tools
