About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Business Development with a focus on Private Equity. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of the Private Equity Fund Client business, creating new business opportunities, and building sustainable relationships with leading Private Equity Firms. This role requires a professional with a client-centric approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the financial, operational, and business needs of Private Equity Funds. The SVP will be expected to leverage their network of industry leaders, including C-suite executives and functional leaders, to generate a strong deal pipeline and service line growth on a national basis. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' recent demonstrated business development, sales, and client management experience in professional services, with a strong preference for those with a background in Private Equity. The role demands a candidate with a solid understanding of fund administration, finance, operations, and middle office, as well as experience in developing and leading relationship-building activities with key economic buyers. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional executive presence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand complex industry challenges and match client needs with the company's service offerings. Responsibilities also include preparing and negotiating client agreements, partnering with internal and external experts for solution-based initiatives, and representing the firm at industry events.
